Hybrid Cycles specializes in the light electrical vehicle market, featuring the largest selection of electric bikes in Chester County PA. Expect to see many innovative products from us as this market evolves. For now, we are focusing on electric powered bicycles, also called "e-bikes," and getting the word out on the many ways to enjoy this innovative product.

You can get a lot of exercise and expect to lose some weight when riding an electric bicycle. Hybrid Cycles is all about integrity, quality, and innovation. We have one rule: “Treat everyone with dignity and respect." We won’t sell you a product unless we have tested it ourselves, and we are so sure that you will love our bicycles that we back them up with a three-day return policy,* no questions asked.
Don’t buy an electric bike just anywhere! There are few shops like Hybrid Cycles that sell only electric bikes and have the knowledge and experience to sort out the good from the bad. We have up to 20 bikes in store with different models and a broad price range to compare. Most conventional bike shops don't carry electric bikes, and those that do will have only one or two. We represent four of the top-quality brands in the industry that have had a proven track record with our customers, and we constantly seek out new brands and new styles to adapt to our customers' needs.
An electric powered bicycle is subject to the same rules of the road that apply to a regular bicycle. Always wear your helmet, and be sure to familiarize yourself with all current bike laws for your state.

Who We Are
Gary DiVincenzo - Founder, Owner
Gary attended Kent State University majoring in Aviation Technology. He served in Vietnam as a helicopter pilot and later as a corporate helicopter pilot. Gary is a retired senior manager of transportation for a large pharmaceutical company (Rhone Poulenc Rorer). He subsequently founded a successful custom woodworking and retail gift shop business which was in operation for eleven years. He will oversee the day-to-day operations and management responsibilities of Hybrid Cycles LLC.

Jim Wylie, Managing Partner
Jim is a graduate of Bucknell University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and spent 28 years with Boroughs/Unisys in Chester County. Jim is now a full time environmental advocate and part time electric bike salesman and sustainability consultant. Jim is a member of West Chester BLUER, which is a Borough Council subcommittee advocating the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
