Sep 1, 2011: Hybrid Cycles owner Gary DiVincenzo is featured in the September issue of the Hershey's Mill Community Television Channel Happenings. We truly appreciate the time and effort the Hershey's Mill Channel put into producing this program.
Hybrid Cycles Events and News
Apr 9, 2012: The Trans-American Electric Bike Tour came through West Chester and Hybrid Cycles and the Sierra Club of Chester County welcomed them in style. Boris Mordkovich and Anna Mostovetsky are riding their ebikes from NY to San Fansisco and stopping at cities along the way to promote ebiking as a valid method of transportation.
In West Chester the Sierra Club organized a "bike escort" from the KMart in to downtown WC. Hybrid Cycles hosted a great pizza party. And the Sierra Club and WCU E.A.R.T.H. Club hosted a presentation and discussion at the university that was attended by about 50 people. It was a great success and a forum for alternative transportation advocates to get the word out about their programs and products.

Oct 20, 2011: Chester County Technical College and High School invited Hybrid Cycles to present the evolution of electric bicycles and some business strategy of Hybrid Cycles to the high school students. Jim Wylie engaged the students in a discussion about ebikes and tried to answer all of their questions. Of course the most exciting part of the day was watching Principle Mike Katch and some of the faculty give the bikes a ride in the parking lot.

Aug 10, 2010: Hybrid Cycles was happy to host PA Representative Curt Schroder at our Chester Springs showroom. Rep Schroder got to experience a pedal assist bike in person and learned that while the integrated battery and motor does help the rider to faster and with less effort than a non-motorized bike, the experience is still within the parameters of speed and safety of a non-powered bike, and should be treated as such by state registration and licensing laws.
